Making A Purchase
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol from this website & to collect or sign for deliveries.
Just browse our store, and the feed back from customers who have purchased the products. Click to add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please note boxes - many of our boxed ciders are made FRESH so a couple of days notice is appreciated - although we will endeavor to get them ready more quickly if required.
To receive an online discount you must pay online. We accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express & Paypal.
If you do not wish to pay online, you may on collection. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, email us and we will correct the mistake.
The placing of an order anywhere on our website or with one of our sales team does not constitute a contract.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Deliveries must be signed for by someone over the age of 18 years, at the delivery address specifed e.g. place of work, home or the alternative delivery address such as a neighbours house (please specify in the delivery instructions).
Special arrangements or instructions as specified by the customer - such as leaving in a safe place such as a shed are entirely at the customers risk. No replacement will be issued and customers are deemed to have adequate measurers such as CCTV that will enable the parcel to be deemed "signed for" at the time of delivery.
Tracking Deliveries
In the event of a consignment having had one delivery attempt, please contact the courier using the details on the card straight away to arrange re-delivery. After 2 delivery attempts, it will be returned to the local depot and you will need to collect it. Please make arrangements to collect using the details on the couriers card immediately - if the consignment is not collected from the delivery depot it will be returned to us. We will give a refund for the total amount less delivery/return costs.
If you do not receive it within a reasonable period, e,g. 4 days please email us and we will track its whereabouts.
International Deliveries
For non UK or international orders, please email us for a quotation regarding BEFORE placing your order. The purchaser is responsible for any customs or import duties charges.

Delivery Schedule
Consignments are usually sent out same or next working day.
Orders which require "making fresh" may take longer, we aim to deliver the same week. Orders for boxes of cider and trade deliveries placed Monday/Tuesday are normally scheduled for delivery Thursday / Friday.
You must inform us (ring & confirm by email) within 24 hours if there is a problem with any product, quoting your order number.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by ourselves or our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

As our cider is produced fresh, please allow 2-3 days for production. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We offer a truly no-quibble returns policy, so if you're dissatified with your purchase after sampling it, under these terms, please ensure you contact us direct - give us a ring or email us so we have the opportunity to sort any problem. If we still can't sort it, return it to us for a full refund.
We warrant that all our our products will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their general purpose. Our Cider, Wine and Perry are not mass produced, they are wholesome products made from real fruit, fermented with yeast. Each batch is therefore unique to the each harvest and will mature differently.
Each box is produced individually, with minimal filtration and little or no artificials. Due to the traditional nature of crafting artisan cider, products will have lots of the natural "goodness" of the fruit still in, and may therefore be cloudy (like traditional scrumpy) or have small amounts of yeast present. This is harmless but some bottles may need to settle and be poured gradually like "real ale" leaving any "lees" at the base of the bottle that develops during bottle conditioning. Some cider drinkers may prefer to shake bottles which disperses the yeast. With bag in boxes, given a few days or weeks of warmer conditions (& food e.g. sugar) fermentation may restart. If this happens the yeast will produce C02 gas which harmless, but the bag in box will enlarge - simply place the bag in box tap upright and vent to release any excess C02.
All our products are best stored refrigerated - e.g. store Bag in Boxes at 4C ( to inhibit yeast etc.) Bag in Boxes are best consumed "Fresh" although may keep for longer if the storage temperature is around 1 to 2C (but not freezing as this will seperate the alcohol etc.)

Trade "Bag in Box" products offered on a "Sale or Return Basis" may be returned at no extra cost by the purchaser, in a clean, unopened, saleable condition no more than 7 days after delivery - provided they have been kept in refrigerated environment - no greater than 10C. Bag in Boxes which have been damaged or "blown up" cannot be refunded. For larger returns, if required, a collection service can be arranged at a cost of £40 (to cover travel time and fuel costs - unless within 5 miles) which will be credited against your invoice.
