These sour ciders are fierce! Whilst many branded ciders are overly sweet, these bottle conditioned ciders have matured into "sour" cider
- so razor sharp they're loved by extreme cider mavoricks, however, being extra dry makes them PERFECT for MULLING!
Quick and easy to make - add a 500ml bottle aged raspberry fruit scrumpy and one spice sachet and simmer at 70C for 10 minutes with a spash of Mapel Syrup or Honey, and a spoon of Brown Sugar.
