Security
Security is paramount, when re-orderring it is best to login first.
There are usually two reasons why you can't login,
1/ It's easy to mistype a password, try cutting and pasting it, some browsers allow you to save it for quicker access.
2/ If your account is new we need to upload a verification.
You can also quickly reset a password (from the same device and browser that you're using)
We now have PayPal One Touch which is used by more than 70 million people. PayPal’s One Touch service allows users to stay logged in on their devices and avoid the hassle of continuously logging in for future purchases.

Different Delivery Address
If you wish, we can send gifts to a different delivery address - usually anywhere in the UK, but if you need us to send it further just email us with what you want and the delivery address and we'll arrange a quote.
We recommend to pay by WorldPay if your order is going to a different address.
Due to the way Paypal processes card transactions and shipping, Paypal uses the delivery address, so you would need to correct the address for the card details manually if you wish to pay with Paypal.

Secure Credit Card Payments
Payments by credit or debit cards are processed by 2 leading Card Payment Merchants - WorldPay & Paypal. We don't keep your card details and there are strict compliance rules.
WorldPay and PayPal, are both household names and trusted by over 20 million businesses worldwide, PayPal has around 286 million active users. 26% of consumers find PayPal to be the safest online payment option with around 88% of online buyers using PayPal (Source: https://spendmenot.com/paypal-statistics ) WorldPay process over 40bn transactions annually across 146 countries. It was the UK's largest payment processing company.
Simply select the option that you prefer. If you wish to pay by Credit / Debit Card on card on Paypal you do not need to set up an account - but if you have a PayPal Account, to speed things up, it might not show you that option.

Click & Collect"
When ordering for "Click & Collect" click on the arrow for the drop down to change the delivery to collect.
Please ignore the fact that it will duplicate your invoice address on your order confirmation etc. Our system logically assumes that all our product must be going to an address!

Safe Online Ordering - PSD2 Update - May 2021
We're delighted to confirm all our online systems / protocols have been checked and upgraded to comply with the new Payment Service Directive v2 (PSD2) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) 3D Security protocols - as required in the UK from the 1st June 2021.
